In the Early Years learning experiences encompass a balance of developmentally appropriate explicit teaching and opportunities to experiment and discover. Children are nurtured and encouraged to be themselves, belong in their classroom and school community and become who they want to be. Religious Education in the Early Years is centred in exploring wonder and awe in Jesus as our friend and God as our Creator.
Kindergarten positions are advertised two years ahead and families are encouraged to apply when their child is two years of age, or younger. Pre-Kindy positions are also available. Children start Kindergarten in the year they turn four years old before 30 June. Kindergarten is every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8.50am to 2.50pm.
We acknowledge and respect the traditional custodians whose ancestral lands we are on. We acknowledge the deep feelings of attachment and relationship of Aboriginal people to country. We also pay respects to the cultural authority of Aboriginal people visiting/attending from other areas
